What are the ages for the different Summer Reading Programs? Kids are 5th grade and under, Teens are 6th-12th grade, and Adults are 18+.

What if I sign up for event and cannot attend the program? Please call or email us as early as possible so we can offer the spot to another child. Some of these programs have limited occupancy, and have wait lists.

What if my child isn't reading on their own yet? That is okay. Even if your child is an infant, they can participate. Log in the books that you or others read to your child.

How long do I have to sign up for the program? You have from May 16-July 29, 2022 to sign up for the program. Summer Reading ends when raffle prizes are drawn July 29th.

Can my kid, who is in the 5th grade and below category put in their tickets for a teen prize? No. Children books are often shorter in length and content and can receive many more tickets than teens can in their category. Due to that, children would have an unfair advantage over teens with their chance to win a prize.

What documents do I need for the Summer Reading Program?

Attached are the documents. In order to participate in the program, please sign up in person or phone: 304-535-2301.
