Crafty Storytime

– Crafty Storytime: Fridays at 11am- Ages 3yrs+ with adult.
This 45 minute program features longer books and a corresponding craft.

Inclement Weather Procedure: Bolivar Harpers Ferry Public Library follows the Jefferson County Schools’ inclement weather policy; if JCS are closed the library will be closed as well. If JCS have a 2hr delay the library will open on time and programs will begin as scheduled. Please check our Facebook page for updates.
