This 30 minute program includes stories, rhymes, songs, bubbles, and free play. This program requires caregiver participation, please plan to sit on the floor and help guide your child through activities.

Inclement Weather Procedure: Bolivar Harpers Ferry Public Library follows the Jefferson County Schools’ inclement weather policy; if JCS are closed the library will be closed as well. If JCS have a 2hr delay the library will open on time and programs will begin as scheduled. Please check our Facebook page for updates.
